07th October, 2026/n Australian Sports Nutrition (ASN) is a specialist retailer of sports nutrition, health and fitness supplements, offering a broad range of products including protein powders, pre-workouts, creatine, vitamins, health supplements and apparel. /n The business is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager for a permanent full-time position in Southport QLD 4215. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day store operations, coordinate staff, manage stock and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the retail store.

/n

- Supervising, training and coordinating retail staff.

/n

- Preparing staff rosters and allocating duties according to operational requirements.

/n

- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the ordering, receiving and storage of products.

/n

- Maintaining product displays and appropriate merchandising standards.

/n

- Monitoring sales performance, stock movements and day-to-day operational costs.

/n

- Ensuring high standards of customer service and responding professionally to customer enquiries and feedback.

/n

- Coordinating with staff and management to maintain efficient store operations.

/n





- Maintaining accurate sales, stock and operational records.

/n

- Supporting the implementation of store procedures and retail standards.

/n

- Ensuring the store is clean, organised and professionally presented.

/n

- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety and other applicable requirements.

/n About You /n /n

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

/n

- Strong leadership, staff supervision and team coordination skills.

/n

- Experience in retail operations, stock control and customer service.

/n

- Good understanding of merchandising and product presentation.

/n

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Ability to monitor sales and operational requirements and resolve day-to-day issues.

/n

- Solid attention to detail and a professional approach.

/n

- Ability to work effectively in a busy customer-facing retail environment.
