Role Description: As Karrinyup Car Wash continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our car wash and detailing outlet. This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for managing teams, ensuring service excellence, driving sales and executing smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the car wash and detailing outlet.

●

Lead and manage frontline staff, including detailers, cashiers and service coordinators.

●

Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.

●

Manage stock levels, procurement, inventory control and vendor relationships.

●





Monitor and improve KPIs including revenue, customer retention, service times and feedback scores.

●

Handle customer issues, resolve complaints and ensure timely service delivery.

●

Implement marketing campaigns, upsell services and drive customer engagement.

●

Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene and quality protocols.

Skill level requirements

●

Relevant educational qualification (Diploma-level or above).

●

Minimum 3+ years of retail or service outlet management experience.

●

Prior experience in the automotive, hospitality or franchise operations space will be highly regarded.

●

Robust people management and team leadership skills.

●

Proven track record of hitting sales and customer service targets.

●

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●

Basic proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools and MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
