About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy fast food restaurant in NSW. This role requires a hands-on operator who can manage staff, oversee store performance, and ensure a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent product quality

Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier coordination to support business needs

Contribute to pricing decisions, promotions, and local marketing initiatives

Drive sales through strong customer service and active engagement with customers

Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and cost control

Maintain accurate records relating to stock, sales, and operational performance

Recruit, train, roster, and supervise team members





Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and company policies

Skills & Experience

Relevant qualification and/or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role

Experience managing operations in a fast-paced retail or quick-service food environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Good understanding of stock control, budgeting, and cost management

Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure

Strong communication and organisational skills
