About the Role
Due to a vacancy our we are seeking a ‘Retail Sales Advisor’ to join its busy team. This role is based out of Redcliffe with possible travel to South Guildford, Middle Swan and Joondalup.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing the customer excellence
- Customer service on our bricks and masonry products both in person and over the phone;
- Liaise with customers on product and delivery requirements;
- Consult with customers to help them make purchasing decisions including up to date product information
- Process sales and conduct payment transactions
- Making and receiving phone enquiries to discuss products and customer enquiries in a timely manager;
Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you must have:
- Previous experience in a sales and customer liaison role (similar industry would be highly regarded);
- Demonstrated experience in providing customer service excellence
- Ability to work in a busy team environment to meet customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the team;
- Ability to work on a rotating Saturday morning staff roster. (alternate)
- If required support other retail outlets to cover staff or training needs.
