Retail Replenishment & Store Support Representative

Jemark Imports is looking for a reliable, self-motivated person to look after our major retail chain stores across Brisbane and Queensland.

Jemark is a family-owned importer and wholesaler, established in 1988. We supply homewares, lifestyle, seasonal and general merchandise to discount variety retailers across Australia and New Zealand, including some of the country's largest retail chains.

About the Role

This is a field-based role focused on stock replenishment and order capturing. You'll visit an allocated group of major-chain stores on a regular call cycle. In each store you'll check Jemark stock levels and work with store teams to make sure the right products are reordered. The emphasis is on keeping stores well stocked and capturing orders accurately, rather than day-to-day merchandising.

You'll also help with product presentation, new-store setups and new range launches. You'll report directly to our National Key Account Manager. Some travel is required, including occasional overnight trips.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and maintain allocated stores according to a regular call cycle
- Check stock levels and identify products that need replenishing
- Capture and submit accurate store orders
- Discuss stock requirements with store managers and staff
- Make sure Jemark products are presented correctly and in their agreed locations
- Flag out-of-stocks and availability issues
- Track inventory, identify slow-moving items, and recommend actions
- Assist with new store setups and new product launches




- Provide store reports and photos as required
- Give regular feedback to the National Key Account Manager on store performance, issues and opportunities

Room to Grow At first, the role centers on store visits, replenishment and store support. If you build robust product knowledge, good store relationships and commercial awareness, there's real scope for the role to grow into sales representation and account management.

About You

- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
- Confident talking with store managers and staff
- A good eye for detail, especially stock levels and gaps
- Comfortable using a phone and computer
- Happy to travel, including occasional overnight stays
- Physically able to handle stock when required
- Well-presented and professional
- Retail, store operations, merchandising or field sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Sound computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Current driver's licence (essential)
