About the role

Illusions Lingerie is looking for a skilled and compassionate Bra Fitter to join our close-knit, family-run team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused retail environment and understands that a outstanding fit isn't just about measurements - it's about listening, trust, and comfort. You'll be fitting a diverse range of customers - many of which travel across the state for our fittings - including everyday bra fittings, sports bras, plus size, maternity, first bras, shapewear, and gender-affirming fittings.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive

- Provide expert, respectful bra fittings across our full range of products

- Complete sales on a POS system

- Unbox, price, and hang new stock

- Maintain general cleaning of the store

About you

- Previous bra fitting experience required





- Must be able to work Saturdays

- Strong customer service skills with an ability to build genuine rapport

- Confidence discussing fit, comfort, and providing customer focused solutions

- Ability to work in a small team

- Must have Australian work rights
