We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Consultant to join our Braybrook store — representing the Mattress Factory Direct range of brands.

? The Role

This is a casual position (Minimum of 2 days per week, primarily weekdays 10am–5pm).

However — and this matters —

? you must have availability across all 7 days.

Retail doesn’t run on convenience, and neither do we.

? What You’ll Be Doing

- Driving sales and hitting daily targets
- Engaging customers with confidence and energy
- Recommending the right product — not just the easiest one
- Maintaining strong store presentation
- Supporting the team to win together

This is a sales role first. Everything else comes second. ? Who This Suits

You’ll do well here if you:

- Have retail or sales experience and actually enjoy selling
- Bring energy to the floor (not just stand there waiting)
- Are confident talking to customers and closing sales
- Show up reliably and take responsibility

⏰ Availability

- Minimum of 2 days per week (weekday focus: 10am – 5pm)
- Must be available for weekends, sales events, and peak trade periods
