About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our jewellery showroom at Highpoint Shopping Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Support customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Prepare quotations and process sales transactions accurately.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Promote customer loyalty programs and assist with enrollments.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
- Ensure accurate stock handling and inventory records.
- Follow company policies relating to security, safety, and loss prevention.
- Assist with promotional activities and store events.
- Support the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, or customer-facing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Professional presentation and grooming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school qualification or equivalent. Additional qualifications are advantageous.
