Golf Clearance Outlet- This is a customer-facing, sales-focused role where you'll work directly with customers to help them find the right gear — from beginner setups through to premium equipment — while contributing to the overall performance of the store. You'll be part of a team that drives strong in-store results.
We are hiring many roles both Full time, Part Time, Casual and a Store Manager for the right Candidate
Key responsibilities
- Recommending and selling golf equipment, apparel and accessories
- Restocking and assisting with day-to-day store operations
- Driving add-on sales, bundles and overall transaction value
- Supporting in-store promotions and campaigns
- Maintaining store presentation and organisation
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Building relationships with repeat customers
About you
- Comfortable starting conversations with customers and building rapport naturally
- Takes initiative — sees what needs to be done and acts without being asked
- Balanced approach to sales and teamwork — understands that robust individual performance and supporting the store go hand-in-hand
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute across all aspects of the store
- Confident communicator who can adapt to different types of customers
- Interest in golf or willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
