Retail Supervisor – FoodWorks ThornburyJ ob responsibilities

- Supervise and support staff during daily store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and register procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and maintain attractive product displays.
- Check product quality, freshness, dates, and pricing.
- Assist with ordering stock and receiving deliveries.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and complies with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Train and support new employees and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Assist the Store Manager with achieving sales and operational targets.
- Handle cash reconciliation and minimise stock loss and wastage.




- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Help create a friendly, safe, and positive environment for both customers and staff.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
