Support high-volume assessment and review work in a sensitive, process-driven environment. /n Your new company /n This organisation plays an important role in supporting the safety and wellbeing of the community through the assessment, review and administration of sensitive applications. Working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, the team is focused on delivering fair, accurate and timely outcomes while applying relevant legislation, policy and procedural requirements. Your new role /n As a Review and Assessment Officer, you will support the review and assessment of complex applications, ensuring information is analysed thoroughly and recommendations are clearly documented. /n This role will suit someone who is comfortable working through high volumes of detailed, repetitive assessment work while maintaining accuracy, consistency and strong attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Reviewing and assessing complex and sensitive applications in line with legislation, policy and procedures
/n
- Analysing information from a range of sources to support evidence-based decision-making
/n
- Preparing clear, accurate and concise written assessments, briefings and recommendations
/n
- Managing a caseload of applications within required timeframes
/n
- Liaising with applicants, internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information
/n
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality
/n /n

What you'll need to succeed /n
/nTo be successful in this role, you will have:/n /n
- Strong experience in assessment, review, compliance, case management or a similar operational environment
/n
- Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing assessments, reports, briefings or recommendations
/n
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail
/n
- Confidence managing sensitive and confidential information
/n
- The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
/n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative approach
/n
- Previous government or regulatory experience will be highly regarded
/n /n
