CIA Lawyers is seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent (RMA) / Lawyer to join our growing team in Sydney.

We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Australian migration law, excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

- Providing immigration and legal advice to clients.
- Managing migration matters from initial consultation through to completion.
- Preparing and lodging visa applications and supporting documents.
- Preparing legal submissions, correspondence and advice.
- Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with changes to migration law.
- Assisting with visa refusals, cancellations, appeals and review matters.
- Liaising with clients, the Department of Home Affairs and relevant tribunals.




- Managing multiple matters, deadlines and client files.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and client service.

About You The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
- Current RMA registration, where applicable.
- Australian legal qualifications/admission, where applicable.
- Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently and work as part of a team.
- Professional, proactive and client-focused attitude.

Employment: Full-Time

Hours: 38 hours per week

Days: Monday to Friday

Pay: $71,900.00 – $157,000.00 per year
