/n Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Primary Health Care Nurses to join our Primary Health Services team. /n This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a unique healthcare environment, supporting the health and wellbeing of people in detention. /n Day to day! /n /n

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, care planning and chronic disease management

/n

- Deliver evidence-based primary healthcare, including medications, vaccinations, wound care and blood collection

/n

- Provide health promotion, education and support to improve patient health outcomes

/n

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate access to medical, AOD and allied health services

/n

- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation, follow clinical guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement

/n /n Lets talk about you! /n You’ll have current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1), a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience,



recent hands-on experience in an operational healthcare setting, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication, the ability to adapt and prioritise in a changing workplace, and a commitment to respectful, person-centred care.
