We are currently seeking a Sushi Roll Makers to work with a chef and our store team in Melbourne CBD.

What you will need

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- At least 1 year Japanese Sushi Roll Making, Nigiri experience in the Sushi T/A shop or restaurant.
- At least 2years of experience in a busy restaurant environment or T/A shop.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Australian working rights or appropriate visa.

- Making Nigiri, Sushi Rolls and Sashimi

About the Advantages

- Hourly wage:
- Weekdays: $33.85 + Super
- Hourly wage:

Weekday : $33.85/h + Super. Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.

Public Holiday :



Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.

Experience

- Roll making at Sushi T/A shop or restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Nigiri and Sashimi: 1 year (Preferred)
