Our client is currently seeking an experienced S26 Civil Supervisor to join a major FMG project delivering large-scale bulk and detailed earthworks across a significant renewables/infrastructure project in WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong civil construction background who is confident leading site crews, coordinating subcontractors and plant, and driving safe and productive delivery across multiple work fronts.

Previous FMG experience and current/previous FMG site inductions are essential due to quick turnaround. The Role As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of civil construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, site teams, subcontractors and client representatives to coordinate works and maintain robust production across the project.

Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of bulk and detailed earthworks.
- Lead and coordinate site crews, subcontractors and plant.
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to project specifications.
- Coordinate multiple work fronts and manage daily site activities.
- Monitor productivity, production targets and project milestones.
- Allocate labour, plant and resources effectively.
- Conduct pre-starts,



toolbox meetings and site inspections.
- Liaise with engineers, project management and client representatives.
- Monitor quantities, progress and daily production.
- Identify and resolve site issues as they arise.
- Ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Provide accurate daily reporting and updates on project progress.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on major civil construction projects.
- Hold / Passed S26 exam.
- Strong experience delivering bulk and detailed earthworks.
- Experience supervising civil crews and coordinating plant and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site practices.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and maintain project productivity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Previous experience working on large-scale mining, infrastructure or renewables projects.
- Previous FMG project experience and site inductions are essential.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively with project management, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Relevant civil construction qualifications will be highly regarded.
