About the role

Labourers for edge protection and safety rail installation. You will learn to install and remove roof edge protection and safety rail, help load, unload and look after equipment, and work alongside the crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently. You must be able to organise yourself and equipment once taught and fill out all relevant documentation.

Working at heights training is provided. White card training is desired but can be provided. There are opportunities to build your skills and move into a leardership role and as you progress we can add scaffolding.

Key responsibilities

- Reliable and able to turn up for early morning starts
- Keen to learn
- Take safety seriously and lead by example
- No experience needed—bring a good attitude and willingness to learn
