Your Role Will Involve:

- Becoming a product expert and confidently guiding customers through our offerings.
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Managing sales, rentals, and customer inquiries both in-store and via phone/email.
- Collaborating with an amazing team to ensure that every customer receives top-notch service.
- Working with healthcare professionals and clients to create tailored solutions that make a real impact.




- Helping maintain inventory levels and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating orders, deliveries, and follow-ups to ensure smooth service.
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused culture where collaboration is key to success.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

- A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is helpful, but your enthusiasm and drive are what matter most.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and online.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
