DA Aviation is an emerging aircraft inventory management service provider. We provide strategic inventory management solutions as well as day-to-day support to our international airline and MRO customers. We are currently offering a position as a Sales & Procurement Officer for our aircraft parts trading business.

Join our growing aviation supply chain team as an Inside Sales Executive. You will drive sales growth by processing accurate price quotes and managing orders via our ERP system, directly handling customer enquiries, and occasionally helping in the warehouse with the physical receiving and picking/packing of aircraft spare parts components.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate price quotes.
- Process the end-to-end sales cycle, accurately entering orders, tracking shipments, and updating customer records using our specialized ERP software.
- Source requested aviation material in the market.
- Generate and process outbound RFQs
- Process purchase orders, follow-up on back-orders and open POs.
- Take a hands-on approach, learning to receive incoming aircraft parts, conducting quality checks, and carefully picking and packing outgoing orders for safe,



compliant transit.
- Assist the team with other tasks as assigned.

- Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in Office365 and not afraid of technology
- A highly organized, proactive mindset.
- Interest in learning and keen to be part of the global aviation community and an exciting industry.
- Some understanding of aviation quality, compliance, or logistics is highly regarded.

Pay: $68,900.00 – $90,000.00 per year
