What is the role?

We are currently seeking a Sales and Service Coordinator to join our Sales team based in our Canning Vale office.

This role oversees our Customer Service team members, ensuring effective performance and role model leadership in line with our company values.

What would my duties include?

- Forecasting and planning workforce requirements to ensure workload demands are managed.
- Ensuring the appropriate training, development and ongoing performance management of the team.
- Managing the quotes and sales inboxes on a daily basis - distribute evenly across the team, ensuring a clean inbox at the end of each day and ensure all works are completed within service level targets.




- Managing the fair distribution of order checking with all team members.
- Preparing quotes for commercial customers.
- Overseeing the transfer process of orders across the team.
- Providing exceptional customer service.

What do I need to apply?

- A valid Australian driver's license
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent education
- Strong computer literacy
