Key responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service in our showroom, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide expert advice and technical knowledge on specifications, features and parts compatibility.

Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Assist Manager with inventory and parts stock, maintaining awareness of availability and coordinating with suppliers as needed.





Prepare quotations and proposals for sales and parts supply requests

Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.

What we're looking for

Experience or interest in Gardening Power Equipment, Agriculture Machinery, products and parts, or a willingness to develop.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer first approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role and the business.
- Valid driver's license and reliability for occasional travel to customer sites
