About the role

This is a rare entry-level opportunity to work directly alongside experienced staff members, supporting a rapid-paced sales business while learning the fundamentals of high-performance real estate.

Key responsibilities

- Open homes, buyer follow-up, and database/CRM management

- Campaign coordination (marketing, photography, timelines, paperwork)

- Preparing for listing presentations, vendor meetings and appraisals

- Auction support (onsite & in-room)

- Maintaining a premium client experience across every touchpoint

About you

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or currently completing)

- Strong communication (written verbal) and confidence on the phone

- High attention to detail and reliable admin capability
- A "get it done" attitude and willingness to learn

- Saturday availability (with a mid-week RDO)
