Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Laverton North, VIC.

The Sales

Associate will greet and engage customers, understand their vehicle needs, and present suitable sales, rental, finance, and rent-to-own options. The role involves conducting test drives, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract completion.

Associate will prepare and process documentation accurately, coordinate with finance and operations teams,



and ensure a smooth handover of vehicles. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining showroom and yard presentation, following up with leads, building ongoing customer relationships, and meeting sales and customer service targets.

Qualifications

- Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand needs, and close sales effectively.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain products and terms in an accessible way.
- Basic finance and product knowledge, with the capacity to learn vehicle features, rental options, and finance or rent-to-own programs.
- Organization and time management skills to handle multiple customer enquiries, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, maintain records, and track sales activity.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with a team, and adapt in a fast-paced retail and automotive setting.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
