About the role

This is a front-line, high-impact role. You'll be the first face business owners see when they encounter EBS presenting on stage, building genuine relationships, and guiding prospects through to a one-on-one business diagnostic and close. You bring real commercial experience, so you can speak to entrepreneurs as a peer, not just a salesperson. If you love being on the road, thrive in front of a room, and want your work to genuinely change people's businesses and lives, this role was built for you.

What you'll do

● Present EBS programs to groups of business owners at events across Western Australia ● Hold a room, engage, inspire, and build trust from the stage

● Nurture leads from initial presentation through to a structured one-on-one conversation

● Conduct in-depth business diagnostics to identify where coaching will have the most impact

● Guide prospects through the sales process with honesty and care

● Close enrolments by connecting the right solution to each client's specific situation

● Represent EBS with professionalism and integrity at every touchpoint

● Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and stay on top of your activity

● Travel throughout WA regularly to meet prospects and attend events

● You will likely be travelling every second week doing two presentations per week.

● There are no weekend presentations.

What you'll bring

Must-haves ● Proven success as a business owner,



sales executive, senior leader, or business coach

● Strong commercial acumen, you understand how businesses actually work

● A track record of closing sales through relationships, not scripts

● Ability to present confidently to a room and hold an audience's attention

● Exceptional communication and active listening skills

● High emotional intelligence, you know when to push and when to hold back

● Strong problem-solving instincts and sound critical thinking

● Current driver's licence and genuine willingness to travel throughout WA

Nice-to-haves

● Experience in coaching, consulting, or professional development

● Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho and structured sales processes

● An existing network of business owners or entrepreneurs in WA
