About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Cerrone Jewellers'. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our prestigious jewellery brand. With a focus on building long-lasting relationships, you will be responsible for guiding customers and helping them find the perfect item to suit their individual style.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
2. Consulting with clients to create custom designs and guide them in choosing the perfect diamond
3. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
4. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, including materials, craftsmanship, diamonds, and precious stones
5. Ensuring the store is well-presented and merchandised to create an inviting experience
6. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and business operations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales and custom design jewellery, ideally possessing a Diamond Grading Certificate.
2. Ability to follow up on all customer enquiries.
3. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to engage clients
5. Excellent product knowledge and a keen eye for detail
6. A professional, well-presented appearance and a positive, friendly attitude
7. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently to achieve sales targets
8. Flexible availability to work during our store hours, including weekends
