The Role As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right caravan, camper, pop-top or motorhome to suit their needs and lifestyle.

From the first enquiry through to delivery day, you'll guide customers through the buying process, build lasting relationships and deliver an experience they'll remember for the right reasons.

You'll work with showroom visitors, online and phone enquiries, repeat customers and referrals, while actively developing new sales opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcome customers and help them choose the right product for their needs.
- Manage online, telephone and showroom enquiries, including follow-up.
- Work towards and exceed sales targets.




- Maintain a professional and well-presented display yard.
- Participate in dealership promotions, events and caravan shows.
- Work with our service and parts teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare accurate sales documentation and contracts.
- Deliver a professional, memorable handover for every customer.

What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- A positive, self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Confidence using computers, with CRM experience an advantage.
- A team-focused attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- A current driver's licence.
- Availability to work five days per week, including Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

No caravan experience? No problem. If you have sales ability, a willingness to learn and the drive to succeed, we'll help you develop the product knowledge you need.
