We're looking for driven, commercially minded individuals to join our Sydney CBD team as Sales Development Representatives.

You'll play a key role in generating current business, engaging decision-makers and building a pipeline of commercial opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives on targets and wants to develop a successful career in sales.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to break into B2B, we'll provide the coaching and development to help you succeed.

Your Day-to-Day Role

- Researching target businesses and identifying decision-makers
- Generating new opportunities through calls, email and LinkedIn
- Engaging prospects and building professional relationships
- Qualifying leads and identifying potential business needs
- Booking meetings and progressing opportunities
- Managing your pipeline and updating the CRM
- Working towards activity, conversion and performance targets
- Learning from coaching and continually improving your results

Who We're Looking For

You might have experience in sales, recruitment, retail,



hospitality or customer service, or simply have the confidence and ambition to succeed in a target-driven environment.
