About the role As a Graduate Sales Representative, you'll learn how to identify current business opportunities, build client relationships and introduce businesses to cutting-edge advertising solutions.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants to learn by doing, develop commercial skills and build a strong foundation for a future career in sales and business development.

You'll work alongside an experienced team, gaining practical exposure to the media industry while developing your confidence in communicating with clients and identifying opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

- Building relationships: Connecting with marketing managers, media agencies and businesses to introduce S&J; Media Group and our advertising solutions.
- Developing new business: Researching potential clients,



identifying opportunities and learning how to turn prospects into customers.
- Getting out and meeting people: Organising and attending face-to-face client meetings across Sydney.
- Learning the media landscape: Discovering how train advertising, multicultural media and Chinese digital platforms help brands reach their audiences.
- Creating solutions: Assisting with advertising proposals, presentations and campaign recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Following up and closing opportunities: Developing the skills to manage leads, nurture relationships and contribute to sales results.
- Working as a team: Collaborating with colleagues to develop ideas, deliver great client service and grow the business.
