CIMA Cleaners Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our commercial cleaning client base across Adelaide.

The role focuses on identifying potential businesses, contacting decision-makers, introducing CIMA Cleaners’ services, and generating qualified appointments for our management team.

Key responsibilities

- Research potential commercial cleaning clients
- Contact businesses through phone, email and LinkedIn
- Identify owners, managers, facility managers and decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads for offices, gyms, childcare centres, medical centres, retail stores, warehouses, strata and other commercial properties
- Book meetings and site inspections for the management team
- Maintain an organised lead database
- Follow up with prospects
- Achieve weekly lead-generation targets

Requirements





- Good English communication skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and managers
- Sales, telemarketing or lead-generation experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Positive knowledge of LinkedIn, email and basic CRM systems
- Target-driven attitude

Compensation

Competitive base pay + performance-based commission.

Adelaide, SA – Hybrid / Remote opportunities available.
