Position The position of VIC Sales Manager has now become available.

The role will see you taking over the full responsibility for the VIC business development sales team and the overall performance and growth of the state.

Setting, maintaining and managing the team's performance through KPI management, sales training and leading by example will all make up part of the job requirements.

You will inherit an already successful team, and you will be pivotal in leading the strategy of ongoing growth and increasing market share through effective planning,



as well as maintaining a proactive sales culture within the team.

On offer is a generous salary package plus a high uncapped commission structure.

Requirements

It is essential for all applicants to have prior/current sales experience from within the transport and logistics sector and ideally this experience will encompass selling domestic, interstate road freight solutions.

Ideally, you will have sales management experience, however the role is also open to a senior salesperson who has been in a coaching/mentoring role, but yet to be in a formal sales management capacity.

You must have a proven track record of effectively delivering on targets and expectations, whilst leading from the front personally.
