Sales Manager – Automotive Dealership Tamworth

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager, ideally already in a management role to lead one of our successful Motor Vehicle Sales Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected automotive dealership, representing quality vehicles and delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations in the sales department, implement sales strategies, and work closely with senior management to achieve dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Be actively involved in the customer experience and all sales processes
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise performance
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction




- Oversee stock management, and promotional campaigns
- Report on sales performance and contribute to strategic planning

About You:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Sound business acumen and organizational ability

Hrs: -8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

-9:00am to 1pm Saturdays
