Position Purpose

We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our commercial output at a national level. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors Mikael GILLARD and Arturo BRACHO. This profile will have autonomy over planning and coordinating all national sales strategies, marketing operations, and brand placements for our premium portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Commercial Management: Formulate and implement high-level national sales strategies to maximize wholesale distribution. Establish national pricing, credit policies, and volume discounts across multiple channels.
- Brand & Marketing Direction: Design, launch, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns. Maintain the visual identity and market positioning of our portfolio,



with a focus on sustainable and native Australian products.
- Market Analysis & Growth: Conduct market research to forecast premium beverage trends, analyze competitor pricing, and identify high-potential craft brands to onboard into our pipeline.
- Financial & Compliance Oversight: Manage national marketing budgets, control promotional expenses to optimize ROI, and ensure strict compliance with Australian liquor laws and advertising standards.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of highly relevant professional experience in sales and marketing development.
- Industry Insight: Deep technical knowledge of the premium alcoholic beverage sector, with an established network across Australian hospitality and boutique retail channels.
- Key Skills: Advanced strategic planning, exceptional commercial negotiation capabilities, and strong financial budget management literacy.
