Responsibilities

- Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive long-term business growth and customer retention
- Managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Identifying recent business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research activities
- Managing key accounts, conducting regular client reviews,



and uncovering opportunities to increase sales and service offerings
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring sales pipelines, and contributing to the achievement of team and individual sales targets

Your Profile

- Previous experience in internal sales, external sales, account management, business development, or customer success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and provide solution-focused outcomes
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing multiple priorities effectively
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting partnerships
