- Identify and approach potential new clients across Adelaide

- Arrange meetings and site visits with prospective clients

- Prepare and present security service proposals

- Follow up leads and convert opportunities into new clients

- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries and sales activity

- Represent Blackhawk Security Protection professionally at all times

- Work closely with management and operations to ensure client expectations are met

- Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

- Confident, outgoing and professional
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills

- Comfortable approaching businesses and speaking with decision-makers

- Reliable, organised and self-motivated

- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule

- Comfortable with cold calling, networking and face-to-face sales

- Experienced in sales or business development (preferred, but not essential)
