Itronic Facility Services Pty Ltd is expanding its commercial cleaning and facility services across Melbourne and is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a contract, commission-based opportunity suited to someone who is confident in B2B sales, enjoys meeting businesses and building qualified relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

About the Opportunity

- The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities across Melbourne, connecting with potential commercial clients and introducing Itronic Facility Services and our range of cleaning and facility solutions.
- The role involves generating leads, developing relationships with decision-makers, arranging client meetings and site visits, and following opportunities through to successful agreements with recent clients.
- The ability to turn potential leads into long-term clients will be an important part of the role.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in sales, preferably B2B
- Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking and face-to-face meetings
- Good at building professional relationships
- Strong with follow-ups and converting leads into clients
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable travelling around Victoria to meet clients
- Previous experience in property services or a similar industry is an advantage





Commission & Earning Opportunity This is a contract-based, commission-only opportunity rather than a conventional salaried position.

A highly attractive commission with uncapped earnings will be offered in accordance with the agreed commission arrangement.

The earning potential will depend on the number and value of new clients secured, making this opportunity suitable for motivated sales professionals who are confident generating and converting their own opportunities.

What We Provide

- Itronic Facility Services will provide company information, service details, sales material, quotation support and assistance from our operations team when required.
- You will have the flexibility to work from home while travelling to meet prospective clients and attend site visits when required.
