/n We are seeking a driven and high-performing sales professional to join our sales team in Melbourne. /n /n Role Overview: /n Your primary focus will be making high-volume outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads, with the goal of upselling and cross-selling a comprehensive range of products, including domains, hosting, websites, and more. /n /n Our Approach: /n Our sales strategy is both consultative and assertive – we expertly identify customers’ needs and provide optimal solutions to drive their business success. - Deliver individual monthly sales revenue and unit targets

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers – qualifying, nurturing, and converting sales pipelines

- Manage leads and build a solid sales pipeline through timely customer contacts

- Accurately maintain, forecast, and report against the pipeline

- Achieve productivity metrics, such as calls and talk time

- A self-motivated, confident team player with a minimum of two years of sales experience

- Proven track record of winning new business, cross-selling, and upselling to hit targets

/n

- Driven by the opportunity to earn great uncapped commissions!

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good time management skills

- Experience in managing a sales pipeline via a CRM platform (Monday.com or Salesforce)
