At My Implant Dentist, we help people take the first step towards life-changing dental treatment. Our South Perth lead conversion team is growing, and we need a Sales Team Leader who’ll be on the phones every day, leading from the front and helping the team win.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend most of your time taking calls alongside your team, showing them how it’s done, and coaching them in the moment.

No dental experience needed. Attitude, drive and a love of sales matter most.

What you’ll do

- Take calls and convert enquiries, setting the standard for the team
- Coach team members one-on-one, listening in and giving real-time feedback
- Run a short weekly team huddle on targets and wins
- Keep an eye on conversion rates and how quickly we respond to leads
- Help the team handle objections and book more consultations
- Look after our virtual assistants and make sure the work gets done
- Check appointment books across our 14 clinics (we’ll train you on our Book Health report)
- Approve timesheets and handle day-to-day call centre needs




- Share ideas on scripts and processes, and tell leadership what’s working

You might be a great fit if you

- Have a strong sales, appointment-setting or contact centre background (finance, real estate, fitness, automotive, education, healthcare, etc.)
- Consistently hit or beat your targets
- Have already helped teammates, whether informally or as a senior, trainer or acting team leader
- Are confident on the phone and comfortable with a CRM
- Are hungry to grow, open to feedback and keen to learn leadership
- Are organised and happy to juggle calls with a few admin tasks
