Haneco Lighting is an Australian LED lighting company supplying innovative lighting solutions through the electrical wholesale market. We are seeking two Sales Support Coordinators to support our customers and sales teams to join our team and become an important part of the engine room behind our national sales operation.

This is a diverse, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being organised, working with customers, getting the details right and helping a busy team operate effectively.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting the sales team with quotations, customer follow-up and day-to-day coordination, including our fast, mobile ATP Quote process.
- Coordinating customer enquiries and connecting customers with the right people across Haneco.
- Progressing lighting design requests by ensuring project requirements and supporting information are complete.
- Helping deliver sales campaigns and promotions, arranging samples and supporting other sales activities.




- Keeping Salesforce customer and opportunity information current and generating preconfigured Power BI reports to support sales planning and follow-up.
- Following through on outstanding requests and agreed actions so customers and sales teams receive timely information and support.

What good looks like This role would suit an electrician or someone with lighting or electrical industry experience. A background in estimating, electrical wholesaling, customer service or sales coordination would also be valuable.

You are organised, attentive to detail and confident communicating with customers and colleagues. You can manage competing priorities, take initiative and follow through on commitments, while working closely with the team.

You are comfortable using business systems and technology, and willing to develop your product knowledge. Experience with Salesforce, SAP Business One or Power BI would be an advantage. We also welcome applicants with transferable skills, a customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn.
