- Overall, 10-12 Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience

- 5+ Years of Implementation experience in Salesforce Comms Cloud

- Sound Knowledge of Telecom Industry

- At least one full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) preferably in Telecom

- Sound knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity

- Sound experience in technical design using Omni studio tools like Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, Data Raptor

- Thorough understanding of salesforce development in the areas of APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques

- Experience in handing migration from legacy system/legacy CRM platform to Vlocity/Salesforce

Must Have :

- Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Implementation experience

- Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity

- Comms Cloud Certification

- Telecommunication Industry Background
- Robust Salesforce configuration & development skills
