Our client, a leading Australian digital media business, needs a hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio Specialist. You will build and maintain the Salesforce tools their sales and product teams rely on to launch and sell new products.

You will report to the Technical Lead and work alongside engineers, business analysts and commercial operations.

What You Will Do

- Build and maintain OmniStudio solutions: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures

- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Media Cloud (CPQ and Order Management)

- and Data Cloud using Flows, validation rules and other declarative tools

- Set up and maintain CPQ product rules, pricing rules and quote templates





- Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings

- - Work with the business to gather requirements and improve processes

- Keep data clean and document what you build

What you will need

- 3+ years in Salesforce configuration and administration

- Proven experience building with OmniStudio

- Hands-on Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ experience

- Some knowledge of Order Management and Data Cloud

- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills
