The Rowes Sales Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join our team and deliver great service to our customers.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for retail and wants to be part of friendly, supportive team.

At Rowes Furniture, we aim to provide family-friendly and flexible rostering where possible, while ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our customers and our business.

The position includes one RDO (Rostered Day Off) per week, providing an additional weekday off as part of the roster.

We are happy to discuss your availability and work together to provide a roster that supports both your family commitments and your career.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Salesperson, you will be part of our retail sales team, helping customers find the right furniture and providing exceptional service from their initial enquiry through to purchase.

Furniture sales experience is an advantage; however, we are also interested in people with a strong retail background who are enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.

- Have a genuine passion for retail
- Be highly motivated and results driven
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Have a genuine desire to achieve the best outcome for our customers

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

- Experience in, or the ability to work within, a customer-focused and successful retail environment
- Furniture product knowledge is an advantage, along with a willingness to learn
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing daily work responsibilities
- A commitment to going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused solutions
- Ability to confidently resolve customer concerns and make decisions to achieve positive outcomes
- A passion for achieving individual and store sales targets
- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Availability to work every second weekend as part of the roster
- Commitment to working a roster that includes one RDO per week
