Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle phone inquiries
- Process payments, handle POS transactions, and maintain client records
- Coordinate and support daily salon activities, ensuring an organized workspace
- Assist in product recommendations and promote current offers
- Manage inventory, supplies, and maintain the front-of-house presentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a salon setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with grace
