At Audem Electrical, we aim to make a big impact by changing the way the public perceives electricians. We are seeking an Scheduler/Job Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This role will focus on job scheduling, customer service, and administrative support, including answering the main phone line and assisting with compliance tasks.

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised, have strong administrative skills, and be adaptable to various business support needs. You’ll be joining a passionate team and will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations.

This is a full time role with standard work hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties Include:

- Providing administrative support across the business (booking jobs, answering technician questions etc)
- Assisting with compliance-related tasks and document management




- Supporting customer service by answering the main phone line and responding to client inquiries
- Coordinating schedules, job bookings, and general business operations
- Developing and maintaining internal processes to ensure efficient workflow

Skills and Experience:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with office software and digital tools
- Experience in customer service and handling phone inquiries
