Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Release Train activities under the guidance of the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Act as a servant leader for the squad, coaching and supporting team members to achieve delivery outcomes.
- Manage the squad backlog and support planning for Program Increments, sprints and blockers.
- Provide recommendations and drive delivery outcomes through effective leadership and collaboration.
- Support the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, within a maturing delivery environment.
- Build strong relationships across the squad,



business and key stakeholders to support effective delivery and adoption of Agile practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and accountability.
- Support issue resolution and work closely with technical teams to deliver technology-focused outcomes.

Essential Criteria

- 3–5 years of ICT experience, including experience in a technical team leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Secure, SDLC and end-to-end software delivery.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with Salesforce-based solutions .
- Scrum Master certification.
- Demonstrated experience coaching teams in Agile methodologies, practices, tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence team culture and lead by example.
- Proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution and driving continuous improvement.

Desirable

- Experience within the health industry.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud and/or Community Cloud.
- Understanding of accessibility principles and an interest in accessible design and development.
- Previous people management experience.
