From our two facilities in Canning Vale, which are only 5 minutes apart, we can collaborate, conceive, test and bring ideas into reality faster than any other competitor on the market. /n The Position /n Due to ongoing growth across the business and an increase in workload, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Software team. /n /n Role /n • Assist in the coordination of Agile activities amongst multiple teams. /n • Coach/Train of Agile methodologies amongst the software team members.



/n • Assist the Team Leaders and Department Head within Software with sprint planning and project management. /n • Facilitate agile rituals. /n • Liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders for both scope gathering and feedback purposes. /n • Produce documentation and metrics on product completion progress. /n • Manage expectations to stakeholders. /n • Collaborate with the Team to ensure delivery. /n /n Requirements /n • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban. /n • Experience with software packages such as Jira and Teams Planner. /n • Experience with data driven decisions. /n /n
