Now Hiring: Security Officers – Luxury Retail & Gatehouse Relief

Section 4 Services is currently recruiting experienced Security Officers for premium luxury retail sites and gatehouse security locations across Sydney.

We currently have 3 positions available for suitable candidates, including 1 Relief Security Officer position.

Location: Sydney CBD & Various Sydney Locations

Dress Code: Black suit, black tie, and white shirt (strictly required for luxury retail sites)

About the Roles

Luxury Retail Security Officers

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and customers within high-end luxury retail stores. Successful candidates must demonstrate exceptional presentation, professionalism, and customer service standards in line with our clients' expectations.

Relief Security Officer – Gatehouse Sites

Location: Campbelltown

We are also looking for 1 reliable and experienced Relief Security Officer who will be trained across multiple gatehouse security sites to provide coverage when regular guards are on annual leave or other approved leave.

The successful candidate must be flexible, willing to learn different site procedures,



and able to work independently once training is completed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a security role
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow site-specific procedures and instructions
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations (for relief position)
- Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
