Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our banking team in North Sydney, New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients by providing personalized financial advice tailored to their needs.
- Build robust relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and networking events.
- Understand client objectives, financial goals, risk tolerance levels,



and develop strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling banking products such as loans, mortgages, investments etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Credit Risk) to ensure smooth processing of client requests or applications.
- Monitor market trends affecting the banking industry; provide updates on changes in regulations or policies that may impact clients’ portfolios.
- Prepare periodic reports on client performance metrics including revenue growth targets achieved.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager within the banking industry
- Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios successfully
- Professional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance standards
