Your new role /n We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting and operational finance support. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will help drive financial integrity, support organisational decision-making and contribute to the ongoing improvement of finance systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities /n /n

- General ledger and bank reconciliations

/n

- Month-end reporting, journals and accruals

/n

- Budgeting and forecasting support

/n

- Audit preparation and compliance reporting

/n

- Financial analysis and reporting for operational leaders

/n

- Finance system administration and process improvement

/n

- Oversight of supplier payments and finance processes

/n

- Supporting and mentoring finance team members

/n What you'll need to succeed /n

/n /n

- Degree qualified in Accounting,



Finance or related discipline

/n

- Previous experience in a senior accounting or finance role

/n

- Strong financial reporting, reconciliation and compliance experience

/n

- Advanced Excel and financial systems capability

/n

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

/n

- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) highly regarded
