Role Overview

Elevate is hiring a Senior Agiloft Configurator to support a critical Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation project. This urgent contract opportunity is for an experienced Agiloft specialist to join an active client engagement for 2 months, working 20-40 hours per week and making an immediate impact on a high-priority project. The successful candidate will leverage their Agiloft expertise to deliver key system configurations, resolve critical issues, and accelerate project delivery.

This is a fully remote opportunity based in Australia, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Agiloft CLM workflows, approval processes, business rules, and automation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Agiloft configurations.
- Configure contract types, forms, fields, metadata, templates, and clause libraries.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Support data migration, field mapping, and legacy contract imports.
- Configure and validate integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Document configurations, support go-live activities and promote Agiloft best practices.

About You

- A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Agiloft configuration experience, preferably within CLM implementations.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal operations.
- Proven experience configuring workflows, forms, templates, metadata, permissions, and business rules in Agiloft.
- Ability to independently translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Experience supporting testing, data migration, and system integrations.




- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
