Senior Associate — Commercial Litigation

BlackBay Lawyers is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Commercial Litigation team. You will work closely with partners on complex commercial disputes, shareholder actions, contractual claims, and injunction proceedings. This is an opportunity to take a leading role on significant matters in a fi

- 4-8 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Admitted to practice in NSW (or eligible for admission)
- Robust drafting and advocacy skills
- Experience with Supreme Court and Federal Court proceedings
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
