Senior Associate — Employment Law

BlackBay Lawyers is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Employment Law team. You will work on unfair dismissal claims, general protections applications, restraint of trade matters, workplace investigations, and executive employment disputes.

- 4-8 years PQE in employment law
- Admitted to practice in NSW
- Experience in unfair dismissal, general protections, and restraint matters
- Solid drafting and advocacy skills
- Client-focused approach
